Whats interesting about the Banvil Imperial is the plant beside it. How heavy is that thing, how high is it to be level with the fan, and Why?? Why is a plant so high up like that? It seems dangerous!

It seems dangerous! Ceiling-hung plants were popular in the 90's over here. They are great in appearance, however I would agree that the location is poor.
