You said it was in the running, but ok, if I had to vote, I'd pick the Clarkston because it looks sophisticated. The Landmark is buzzy and noisy right out of the box.

I like the clarkston because it looks nice for a kitchen, so does a landmark, but the landmark had been around for soo many years and the white clarkston is new and it would e nice to have it before it is discontinued, the Littleton is cheap but it would do it's job for the kitchen, either fan I'd be happy woth

Yeeaaahhhh... they all suck. Look for something older, something that is actually decent quality.

I have had experience with both the landmark and clarkston, for newer fans they aren't bad and are pretty well built, they blow good air and they are just what I need for a kitchen, plus where I live there are no thrift shops at all near by

What about the Hawkins? I've been debating on getting a couple for my kitchen myself. I need flush mount, I don't need lights, and because they'd be in the kitchen I don't want something particularly vintage that could be damaged by grease. They have a higher CFM rating than any of these other ones as well. Something tells me the Clarkston is going to replace the Hawkins - anyone know if this is the case? It'll help me decide how quickly I have to strike.
Side note, I currently have those 42" black and white Evergos there that I previously filmed, and I HATE them - they're noisy, ugly, and even though they have good pitch the blades are TINY. I don't want to go too far down on air movement though. They're my landlord's so they won't be up for grabs if they come down.

That's exactly why I'm choosing a cheaper fan like these because I don't want a high quality fan that will get damaged by grease, and the Hawkins in white has been discontinued recently and is only online, I like te clarkston and landmarks but can't decide which to choose

I installed a Brushed Nickel Hawkins in my uncle's house a few years ago, they are not bad fans overall. Quiet, moves good air.

None of these i would even choose. If I wanted a ceiling fan for my kitchen? hmmm Maybe a Old Top mount spinner or a old Generic hugger. But thats just my choice of a ceiling fan.

Remember I don't want a good quality fan because ten it will get messed up by the grease
