Sorry for no audio due to some people talking. Each is controlled by a solid state speed control, but I didn't hear any humming. So if they did hum, it's not too loud. The slower fan likely has a bad capacitor since I remembered it spinning as fast as the other one and the chain is too high to be accidentally pulled. And I have been hearing that the solid state speed control can wear out the capacitor faster.

true on that huggers/high ceiling..etc part but perferred the vintage (cane blade)level Yeah, how about a Hunter R&M Original with canes, then there would be no capacitors for the solid state speed control to cause faster wear.

I forgot to say this. But I got updates. Turns out neither of the capacitors are bad. The faster one had the chain on medium, and the slower one had the chain on low. Yes you read it right, low. An 85 RPM low, which was a bit fast for low, but it was definitely low. I found out because I went there last August and both had the chains corrected to high speed. The one that had the chain on medium has a 180 RPM high and the one that had the chain on low has a 190 RPM high. Minimum speed with solid state speed controls with chains on high is actually slightly faster than factory medium. And before anyone tells me that the capacitor for medium went bad, high uses both medium speed capacitor and low speed capacitor, so if it was bad, high would be slower too. Yes it only uses start capacitor to change speeds, with run winding powered directly from hot wire as long as the chain is on low, medium, or high. That's why solid state speed controls did not speed up those fans when the chains were on medium or low, they always slow down regardless of chain position. My video of those fans with chains on high speed: www.youtube.com/watch?v=-5ywW4HHw-MAt the time I took another video, there was only one video of Carriage House on all factory speeds and high on that one looked like medium in visitor center which is what got me to conclude that the chain was on high. Until someone else uploaded a video of Carriage House on all speeds and it was much faster.
