Added to the Hampton Bay Ceiling Fan Gallery..
I've seen a few of these types in my runs before.. I decided to get this one seeing how it's the only one I've seen complete so far. I notice the motors windings are exposed and is sorta a flywheel thingy.. I know there is a technical term for these types of motors.. The forward/reverse switch is located on the top of the motor housing.. I'm not sure if this is a Landmark or a Windward.. Any info would be great..

This is probably a windward. The fact that the reverse switch is atop the motor housing baffles me.

File # E20739 comes up that Lasko made it. I guess they did. Weird. I never knew Lasko made fans for Home Depot, but you learn something new every day. Listed 154C is usually on the bottom of Lasko's portables, and the pull pendant (which I think looks plastic) says it could be Lasko.

I was like when I saw that. That's probably why the reverse switch is on top. Didn't Lasko usually put reverse switches on top?

What are the brands, other than sears, Hampton bay, and air king, that Lasko made ceiling fans for?

I'll take some motor shots sometime in the afternoon.. I wasn't going to do a Youtube video, but I'm beginning to think it's actually worth while.. The blade brackets on these things are cheapsy, slightly bent out of shape and the type you're not able to bend at all.. They even formed a slightly more pitch on three of them due to the wind/weight of the blades..

Those blades don't look original, either. They look like outdoor blades. Based on the dust and those blades, I'd say it may have been hung outdoors. Don't you also have a Hampton Bay 8x52 that looks like this? Can you get better pics of it?

They are original.. Hampton Bay had very glossy blades made for there fans at that time.. I've seen them before.. It wasn't hung outdoors or it would have rust all over... I don't have that fan anymore..
