Casablanca never should have swapped from their early metal flywheels, should've just gone to coating them in rubber (and widening the shaft size as necessary of course).

It came down, was noisy and would randomly stop running at full speed...now this is there

Yeah I always wondered exactly how that other Vic just quit on you. Have you tried to troubleshoot the problem Zach?

I haven't actually...it just shut off randomly one night...but it's not that surprising to me, the variable speed has a tendancy to fail and K63 motors are rarely quiet

Often times the reverse switch is at fault.
