Every single one of those "King of Fans" fans that came into my Habitat when I worked there was labeled Hampton Bay. Exactly the same down to the kinda "hollow" blade arms? At any rate I don't doubt it. This specific fan was sold under KoF's own label as well.

I think The Weather Channel featured that very King of fans, albeit PB and no light, on their ceiling fan segment they would show in the 90s.
I think Cole S. had that very same King of Fans if I am not mistaken

Not every of them. Most of them today are branded Hampton Bay, some of them are branded by other company.

Jeremy, Jonathan is right. KOF fans sold through Service Merchandise were branded as such.
