Here are the videos of 3 ceiling fans in my friend's house, running on all 3 speeds. Some people were talking so the 1st 2 and last videos have no audio, sorry guys.
1 of the bedrooms: Heritage Fernaux
It is a Canadian version with a reverse pull chain. It is not in Canada, but it used to be in Montreal. Someone should have trashed it instead of moving it here, but at least it still works. The light chain is broken off and light and fan are on 1 switch so the pull chain really needs to be replaced especially when it is in a bedroom. Some of the blades are bent so it wobbles a lot, but it does blow good amount of air.
Back porch: Hunter Sea Island
It is controlled by a Hunter 26491 3 speed wall control. It has an on/off switch, a fan button, and a light button. The light turns on when the light button is pressed, and then turns off when pressed again. The fan button turns on the fan, then when the button is pressed again, it goes high, medium, low, and then back to high. The receiver beeps when the button is pressed. The blades are sagging from humidity, and it wobbles a bit.
Kitchen: Kenroy Pageant
1 blade is bent sideways because it got hit by a ladder so it wobbles a lot. The reverse switch is upside-down, just like some other Kenroy ceiling fans do. It has a GE stack motor and goes really fast and moves tons of air.
Another room: Nadair "Emperor"
It was also brought from Canada. It wobbles a bit due to bent blades, but it runs silent and blows good amount of air. Any ideas on the model name?

I replaced the video of Kenroy Pageant, because the old one was crappy.

Can you remake the sea air video with audio?

When the camera is not where the airflow is, it's really not worth using audio. Maybe I'll go to that porch and record the airflow from that fan.

I meant for the control, I wanted to see and hear how it works.

Yeah, but you can't hear from inside. Maybe I'll put the camera outside and control the speeds.

I just found out that the kitchen ceiling fan is Kenroy Pageant, thanks to Cole S.

The first one is obviously not a Canarm Galaxy. It's looks too cheap to be one. It's probably an Heritage.

It turns out the Hunter Sea Air was probably sold as Sea Island. I was told that it was bought from 1995 which was before Hunter started calling it Sea Air. I also found the exact control NIB at the Ebay, it is Hunter model 26491. I still have the picture on my desktop.

It turns out that there is a Nadair "Emperor" in the other room. The video is posted in the 1st post. And here's a picture of that fan: And the picture of Kenroy Pageant: Sorry for not redoing the video of Hunter Sea Island, it was dark outside and I didn't have very much time.

According to Zachary Yarnes, the model of the Heritage is Fernaux.

Ok, so Hunter Sea Island's pull chain mysteriously got to low speed considering it's too high to reach. So recently, my friend took a ladder out, and I used it to attach a string to a pull chain, and I decided to show it on 3 factory speeds (which can be seen on www.youtube.com/watch?v=ziqfqIFvryg). He actually wants to keep a long string because it's a bit difficult to go inside and get to the switch just to change the speeds. And Vincent, I don't even know if I should be following your request considering you hadn't made a ceiling fan video for over 2 years, and you had broken deals here.
