Thanks guys... I went to that Habitat two weeks ago just for that CG, and it was gone.. Half their fan section was absent..

Mmm, I have a C-Lamp as well. Great fans, but mine exactly like that isn't NIB and didn't have the control with it.

Yes, you're correct. I must have made a typo at some point, half the listings in the galleries were correct and incorrect.. Thanks for pointing that out.. I nave noticed the typo..

It's a childhood fan of mine, as I saw one with a globe light attached back in the day.
Does anyone know when they stopped making them?

I would imagine in the early 1980s... No later than 1984.. Even 1984 these type of fans were being transformed with a switch housing and containing the capacitor without the lower canopy.. New old stock may have been still on the shelves.. This is a 52 Inch version.. I notice the motor looks to be a bit fatter than the 48 versions..

I notice the motor looks to be a bit fatter than the 48 versions.. motor looks fatter because blades are longer like emerson fd: 52" bigger motor/longer blades 36" smaller motor/shorter blades even the motor housings are different sizes from each other but the blade arms and switch housing is the same size and all compare to each other
