Went to some thrifts and Habitats.. It was a good two days of ceiling fan finds.. Sears.. I've never seen one of these More Tats, Labeled Gulf Coast, white one was the same brass finish as the other.. A older GE Vent Tat, one that's pictured on the box I have with the newer motor

I want to keep it, But would like to find out what it is... Is it me, or does the switch housing resemble a Tara?

I have never seen a Lasko like that before, very odd and cool, but I'm also kind of with Jeremy on that it's somewhat ugly, almost something you'd find at Home Depot today...
I love the TATs, especially the GE Vent.

I want to keep it, But would like to find out what it is... Is it me, or does the switch housing resemble a Tara? It was Sears' highest priced model in 1985, offered only in 1985. It came with a remote. In 1984 there was an Emerson version of it, which I have, and in 1986, Sears switched to the more common Lasko ornate TOC remote. It's a standard Lasko switch housing but with that cap it does resemble a Tara.

the GE vent TAT HAS to be a newer version of the old beater 'TAT Deluxe' you have in your gallery.

Yes, it's newer than the variable speed controlled one I have installed in my bedroom which is always on and needs bearings.. The variable speed is from the early 1980s, this one is from the mid 1980s, and the NIB is from the later 80's.

Because Tat had a branch in Pompano beach FL, approx 30 mins from where I live. Not only that, they also had a few private labels 'Windward, and Applied Research, not far away..
