Good luck, Jonas! Hope you get the fans! My local Red Robin was built in 2008. It has a bunch of those Blenderfan clones, they're made by the Period Arts Fan Company/Modern Fan Company, and are called the Industry. They have K55 motors in them.

Thanks. I do like those for their setting.
Other things I'd love to get from a remodel: the Seattle waterfront Red Robin has a Palmetto with the blade arms and paddles removed, not running, hidden among clutter on the ceiling. They also have another Custom Fan Dept. creation: a motor drives five feet of spiral shaft, ending in a coupling with exposed bevel gears. Hanging vertically from that is a few feet of faceted pipe. On the end, revolving slowly, is a hub with four very long arms, each tipped by a model antique airplane, the propellers turning in the breeze. Not a fan, but obviously older Casablanca parts plus some assorted other stuff.

UPDATES:
-The Ruby Tuesdays with the black Designer closed up and was totally demo'd inside, the place will be a Marlin and Rays, and IDK if there'll be fans in there or not. The place was built in 1994 when there wasn't a smoking ban in the bar and they never cleaned the fan, so it was probably smoke-stained and dirty, anyways. The fans are Minka Aire Rainmans, but Marlin and Rays closed up. The place is now an IHOP, and is fanless.
-I went to eat at a Joe's Crab Shack the other night that just opened in my area not too long ago. No CF's surprisingly, but they did have some Matthews Fan Company Melody wall-mounted fans in a silver finish controlled off of 3-speed wall slider controls located directly below each fan. Out in the far dining room, they had giant wall-mounted industrial fans, but we sat in the area with the Matthews Fan Company wall-mounted fans.

So I just went to a new Ruby Tuesday-owned restaurant called Marlin and Ray's. The whole inside of RT was remodeled. Where the old Emerson Designers were around the bar and in the dining areas, they put in some bronze-colored Minka Aire Rainman fans. Only two fans were turned off, the others ran on low speed. They took out the fan in the oak ceiling-suspended bar, but the bar still remains (: Said place is now an IHOP, no fans

3 NuTone Hacienda's are coming out of a local restaurant that closed. They're on an auction site as I speak, bidding ends October 18 and I WANT to win! Won't be bidding until like the 17th lol.

PB, but none of them are in great shape. They're sitting at $2, each with one bid. I'm willing to go to at least $15 each, hoping they can hold out on me for that long. I don't think fans will get much attention though, there's tons of kitchen equipment and crap that's more valuable to people.

Good luck! Hope you get them! The Emerson that used to be in my local ruby Tuesday's probably got tossed, and as mentioned they never cleaned it and it was in the bar, so it was probably smoke stained since the restaurant was built in 1994 and the fan had been there until a few months ago. A smoking ban in bars in my state was set in 2007 btw.

The Haciendas don't have the pointed tip cherry blades, do they?
Every Joe's I've been in (which amounts to two or three lol) has had crap fans... Genoas or later 42" SMC's which are really WAY too small for the dining area given its height and size.

Good luck getting the NuTones Cole! I went to a Red Robin today on the east side of town and they had 5 or 6 PB 52" Modern Fan Industries running on medium in the dining area.

Those would be copper finish, Matt. Modern fan never made them in brass, only rust, galvanized, or copper. (:

Never been to a Joe's myself, I don't really see Fargo getting one lol, not too big on the hardcore seafood here! Red Lobster is about as far as we go in that regard. ;D

Ironically Red Lobster here has many, many Haciendas. PB with standard teak blades.

Wow that is a major coincidence lol! That's exactly what I'm hoping to get. Our location doesn't have any fans, I feel like maybe it used to but I wouldn't remember what fans they might have been. We don't go there much...
