The GE does. I havent tested the Westy. The small GE is just a stator but it's good.

They probably do. You can't kill old fans. water kills any motor Water actually does not kill any motor, it just forms rust. In most cases, the bearings are already drenched in oil and rust will not form on them. Water does not harm the windings or the varnish. Windings are copper and do not rust and since they are coated in varnish, no oxidation forms. If the motor is allowed to dry out for a week, you can use it again.

WD40 is only bad IN PLACE of oil.
