Wish I could contribute, but I can't really evaluate from my iPod so I can't say much in the way of option three. From what I see I like how that one is set up, but I couldn't tell you about user friendly.

Ok it's back and all of our pictures are still there. I finish uploading all my pictures, if you all want to go see. There no surprises, most of our knows theses pictures.
I have a question Adam, how do I edit the information I wrote in the description of the pictures?

I'll check that out and get back to you, oh, i think it you open up the image (big View) you will have a image tools on the right, and you can click the drop down menu to edit.. I just relocated the whole part of that site to this www.vintageceilingfans.com/membergalleries/

I'm trying to upload all the portable fans photos I have on the forum to the new Member Galleries and I cannot seem to manage that simple task.
Any assistance will be appreciated.

first you have to create a category under your user name, make at a subcategory under VCF Member's portable fans category with your name or user, when done you have to create other categories under the subcategory under your name of each make and then you upload images to your categories, it's like creating folders and directories.. Did you try any of that?
Upload from your computer, you can't upload from different servers. If your trying to upload from the forums you will have to save the images to your computer..

The gallery is pretty much up and running now, shouldn't be any problems with creating your galleries and uploading your photos.....

Oh OK thanks I found how to edit them. There's indeed a drop menu on the top right side I did not saw at first. I forgot to tell you that the last batch of pictures I uploaded were uploaded/saved the first time. I did not had to do many tries like the two last times. So my pictures are all done uploading for the moment until another fan gets added to my collection.
