Ceiling Fans installed in my house

Hello everybody, I decided to drop in and, in the spirit of eliminating the competition between the 2 sites (this one and the one I help maintain), I figured I'd start a thread here showing the ceiling fans I currently have installed in my house. We have one in almost every room (except the formal living, entry, main bathroom, master bath, which will soon, and master closet)

Here they are, sorry some of the pictures are sideways but ImageShack was most uncooperative

Laundry Room: 36" CEC Georgian


My Bedroom: 52" Casablanca Spirit Of Saturn


My walk-in closet: 30" Encon Petite


My bathroom: 22" Hunter Original with custom blades made by Troy Hughes when I met up with him in Alabama (I will make the wiring neater and get a wiremold box to go above the canopy)


Breakfast Room: 36" Hunter Original


Dining Room: 52" Hunter Original


Family Room: 52" Casablanca Delta II

Back Porch: 52" Hunter Original with plastic Hampton Bay blades, I will repaint the fan and downrod (still white) when the weather cools a bit


My Fan Collection Work/Storage area: 42" Hunter Embassy


Garage: 60" Encon Crompton Greaves High Breeze and 32" Hampton Bay Minuet II



Attic: Harbor Breeze Breezeway missing most of its parts, will be 36" K63 Heat Fan once I get the blades for the one I have


I also own my own house in the town of Willis, TX which currently has these less than great CFs installed:
Upstairs living room: 42" Wal-mart Impressions


First floor work room: 42" Bay Breeze by Alaska


Once renovations on the house are finished these fans will be removed and what will be hanging is:
Upstairs living room: 52" Brown/Brass Reverseaire Original with ribbed glass Hunter bowl light, pecan blades
Upstairs Bedroom: 38" Brown/Brass Reverseaire Original, no light, pecan blades
Downstairs work room: 48" Brass CEC/Toastmaster Topmount Spinner, no light
Downstairs Utility Room: 36" White Lasko 3600L with white turtle fitter

That is, out of all these fans, the only one that was in the house when we bought it. The others were:
My bedroom: Breezeway (this exact one:

I swapped the hall light and master closet breezeway and just recently replaced both hallway breezeways with the Canarms

All the K63 Casas now reside in my collection, they were removed because they didn't match the Decor, except the Vic, which stopped working

I guess I'll also show what I've got hung. May as well anyway, don't live forever. Despite what a lot of people think, I really don't do a lot of fan switching anymore. Most everything has been up for 2 or more years, even what's in the shop. I'm going to expand this a little and include some fans I have installed in my Cousin/Mom's hair salon in town as well as a small Auto Repair shop I do Diesel Performance stuff at on the weekends. Due to my computer crash, I have very few pictures. I'll have to take some more after I get back from a Family Reunion tomorrow, but this is what I got on the photobucket.

In the Den, there are two 2000 Casa. Victorian IIs in the Washed Gold (not Aged Gold) finish. Fan Pictured has Dan Neuman's K5L (minus the center light) off of his Columbia II -which I am STILL storing for him.. lol.

Utility room, late model (versa touch 2) Casablanca Starlet. Love this lil' bugger.



Upstairs hallway. I have had a few different fans over the years in this spot. Most recent of which was a Fasco Olde South, this one here has been up for almost a year. It's a 1989 original, with a set of 1985 Solid wood Walnut blades on it.

Between Living and Dining rooms.. Fasco WF, totally original, original tassel, everything. Runs 24-7, and has been up since late last year. Favorite fan in the whole house. I modified the switching arrangement so that it starts on Vari-low and the second pull is high speed. I did this to hopefully extend the life of the flywheel.



2nd Bedroom (mine) I've had this one up twice, once was about 2 years ago, a 1930s Original sat in place for a long while, but I love this fan, I like it more than I like most Vintage fans. (sorry, lol)


3rd Bedroom contains some NIB fans, a cousin who is living with us (her parents also live with us in our RV due to loss of both of their jobs) and a Outdoor Original with Blue Sailcloth blades from 1998 (I have three of these fans all were new) No pic yet.


Mangum's T&A. Three R&Ms that have been spray bombed. I hung them, then painted them. There are 6 more fans to be installed, but the Genie Lift broke. 3 per bay, 3 bays. 4 of the 6 are not R&Ms.



Carol's Hairstyling.. Odd bunch here. Furthest fan away (front of store) is a 2000 52" Original, second closest (not in this picture as this fan failed and was replaced by Hunter, both 56" fans were 2002s here) is a 2009 52" fan mounted with the old failed fan's 56" blades and the foreground fan is a 2002 56" fan
We shall see who outlives who.



Also, I had this hung for a short while in my bedroom (Noisy sumbeech.)



I also have a Hunter "Neon" sign. as pictured.

Some of you have also seen this before, I guess you could call this "on" the house, instead of inside.

They look like ass now though, paint peeling, split blades, etc...
