Has anyone ever heard of this?

I don't know as much about portable fans as I do ceiling fans, but I have a question. Have you ever heard of a Patton table fan that looks like an old windmere? It doesn't say anything on the thing in the middle of the cover, it says it on the bottom. I've seen one.

It looks almost like this but orange and not a windmere.
