For you guys this week, 12th, 1996 SMC Hugger in verde bleached oak / rosewood blades. Carefully packed by the previous owners, came with light bulbs, instruction manual and switch cap for non-light 13th, 1989 48'' Nadair. Blades were a bit wraped and the fan was wobbling a bit cane / plain wood. Pull chains not original. 14th, 1995 Canarm Catalyst III motor, switch housing and blades arms were yellowed. 15th, 1984 Four seasons venair in Polished brass double claw mounting, Painted blades, The fan was very heavy and was a good quality product. 16th, 1989 unknown hugger black/brass, 42'' I think it's a canarm but not 100% sure. 17th, 2005 WESTINGHOUSE (city lights I ? ) black/ whites blades integrated light kit pull chains not originals

Wow! Awesome diversity of fans! All of them are cool.
I didn't knew these SMC included an extra cap for installed without lights. I love how they look in verde.
Very cute Nadair spinner. I love them. I wish they would have made them in that configuration: polished brass and four blades but in 107 cm instead. It's just like mine except the finish on the blades appears a little less glodish than mine. Does the reverse pull chain works well? Mine has a dead position in it.
It's good to know the age of those none ball & socket 4 Saisons Victorians. I expected them to be a little bit older than 1984 but then again this one have a filigree sideband. Maybe the plain sideband double claw models are older.
The hugger is a Canarm judging by the sticker. Lots of late 1980's Canarm hugger had that sticker.
Yes this is a City Lights I. I prefer a little bit more the second version. Only the light kit changes. It's odd how there's no fitter for the light.

Really weird that that hugger of that style has no bottom vents, but it is an Air Cool. Really cool. (:
The Westinghouse from 2005 is weird too with its shade, but once again cool.

Definitely a nice selection of fans! The GE vent 4 Seasons is lovely, would probably be lovelier without painted blades but it looks like a decent paint job at least.

I'm surprised that the GE vent is not very chunky.. Seeing how that has the Toastmaster style canopy, I can only assume it's made in Taiwan.. Ceiling Fans made in Taiwan of that era seemed a bit less heavy than the ones made in Hong Kong.. As Cole said, it would look perfect with the original wood blade color.. Overall it's a neat fan and would be something I would get, if I were to see something like this local..

Not too heavy, not too light weighted. My 1984 4 Saisons Victorian of the same size weights 6.5 kgs without blades. About the same as a Casablanca Panama without blades.

The blades on the four seasons were clealy painted, Maybe at some point they were white, and they were painted because they were yellowed.
I was surprised that the fan was that heavy. Compare to everything else i've tested before, this fan is one of the heaviest.

For you guys this week, 5th, 1987 canarm uplighted floral hugger, I decided to put it for sale, center of the blades is in plastic, fan has some finish damages on the light kit, and for sure came from a kitchen 18th, Another CANARM catalyst III, from 1995 some yellowed parts, nothing too special about the fan, 19th, 1992 CANARM CATALYST II BK. This one was in terrible shape, clearly, it was stored on its blades for many years in a garage or a shed covered in dust, switch housing and almost every blades were bent. fan still has a wobble, but it's not that terrible. 20th, 1987-1989 NADAIR Mini-designer, in dijon finish ... or simply yellowed. 3 way light kit. I also found this box, of a Guibb ceiling fan model Capri. from the late 80's And finally, 18 fans for sale !! another record, first time i have that many fans for sale at the same time !
