The white hugger looks suspiciously like Her!t@ge. Complete crap if it is, but I suppose there's always worse... I almost thought it looked like a Heritage too, like the one my grandparents have:

Yes, I have one just like that NIB but with stencil (perhaps that one does too?). Don't know where I put it now, I think I'm going to get rid of it soon. Since it's new in box I might donate it, or I'll put it out on the city's cleanup week and someone will probably pick it up...

Yes, my grandparents' one does have stencil on top. I tried to convince them to let me flip the blades, but they like the plain side better...

Poor Banvil! You should try to clean the paint off the blades of the cane side(its possible) and change the capacitor. That might be the reason why it hummed but did not span. Has a thick motor, must be powerful. It looks just like the brass one JJ sold to Jeremy but in brown, without vents. Is the light kit integrated? Yes I WANT that box! Especially if you say it have the styrofoam things in it. I'm surprised to see a reverse pull chain on that newer Canarm hugger. Must be a pretty early newer one. 2002-2004? The very current ones have a reverse switch. Yes they are indeedly very crappy looking. Very Heritage ish. The SMC Royal Flush Plus was a lot better.

for the banvil... i've said the motor was burn... but i have heard i can only be the capacitor... in the back store, i dont have place to keep ceiling fans that need a piece... so the banvil is in the container...
the box, it have the styrofoam,
and the hugger, it's an old canarm... probably from the lates 90's to 2001-2002

Woohoo! About time I got a landmark number of responses (considering my post count), seems like Rick always gets that honor somehow. ;D

fans of the weeks. last week i got a ''scrapp fan'' it cammed with only 3 of the 5blades. no light. the screws weren't there. i've scrapped it, i hope this summer i will have more place to have my fans... i've also received in the box of the same fans i have in the store, a canarm hugger, from 2000. it has the reverse stwitch. i think its the first fan i received with that reverse switch! i've also found a book, country kitchens... and on the front side there was a casablanca panama.

Nice! I like the PleasantAire and the Casablanca in the picture. Whoa, the motor housing of that scrap fan looks EXACTLY like that of my Crest!
