Nice! I'm so taken to that particular fan......probably because it so strongly an SMC. I like the low speed; very relaxing. Does it hum at all

I was thinking of taking the light kit off (since I got a white switch cap) since it has that weird wiring; this way the fan would run normally. Actually, I bought the shades when I got it, since it didn't come with shades. ;D Pretty nice Crest!

Emerson should start making the blenderfans again this time with a 3-speed reversable motor. I couldn't agree more! They call their current industrial a "Heat Fan" I believe; they should switch back to the real ones. ;D

Emerson had another modern version of the "Heat Fan" called a "Stratojet" but I don't think they even make that one anymore.
