On the chrome GE vent, it's not a fan light kit, it's a chandelier.
Collection Maison was a brand for Canadian Tire so the quality was medium-low except for this model that seems much better.
The brackets on the 4 Saisons Montego can easily be bent back.
Apparently Casablanca Star move a good amount of air.
The Canarm Momentum was sold around 2004-2006.
I already picked up a Banvil Gold Line like this before but it wasn't for me. The bearings were very stiff.
Yes that Westinghouse is a semi-spinner.

That's the second time I've seen a regular chandelier strung to a fan. Looks kind of strange in my opinion, but I suppose maybe in person it looks better.
I remember a video you made of one of those 36" Goldlines.

Yes. It's still unclear what would be the name of the model but apparently it's an early Silver Line and not a Gold Line.

Interesting.. the line looks silver to me (but that doesn't mean anything because I'm colorblind). The motor on this looks a little too substantial to be a Silver Line.

Never heard of that make before, is it any good? Home Collection (or "Collection Maison" in French) is a Canadian Tire house brand, much like Hampton Bay at Home Depot. Though it isn't as popular of a brand as it once was, there are still two or three models sold at Canadian Tire. To manufacture their fans they mainly used Hopeful Electrical Company (the same company Canarm used), though they did add a few upscale touches such as decorative rings for the canopy and concealed screws. These fans were fairly cheap, although they often looked more substantial than the Canarm-branded alternatives. They also used Tai Der Electrical Company (the manufacturer of some Harbor Breeze fans) for models like the Plantation. These were noticeably higher quality.

I like these. The light kit isn't too bad actually. These always reminded me of Monte Carlo/Kendal Lighting fans. The finish combination is absolutely beautiful! This definitely isn't early 90's. Notice the blade tips (iconic mid to late-80's Banvil). This is another excellent combination. That picture belongs in a Nadair catalog Yet another example of people disregarding box pictures and the included instructions Did these actually cost $500.00 new? These are childhood fans for me. Notice when the picture was taken... That's actually a rather cool install (except for that chandelier obviously). Yet another cool install. Again, this would be late 80's at the newest. Although this falls into the cheap crap end of the spectrum in terms of Canarm, I actually like these. A local Home Hardware Store had one of these for sale (new old stock) not too long ago. Are you sure that's late 80's? The blades appear to be genuine wood. That's a great price!
