I found this really cool video on You Tube. With the typical loud buzzing/HZ sound of fluorescent lights the maker created this very special video. At some point it makes a beat, when the images are coming really fast. It remind me of the lasers they use in Techno Rave. The sounds are very captured! I even put a comment on it. www.youtube.com/watch?v=dG7m4GP3Qsg&feature=channel_pageI also found this one showing an old an 1960-1970s square fluorescent fixture. You can see the starters in the dark. Notice how the last one took so long to lit up. www.youtube.com/watch?v=pR0sMCgpDsE&feature=relatedNext week I'm gonna try to take some pictures of the fluorescent fixtures at my High School. The school was built in 1977 and some of the fixtures are pretty interesting.

Very cool. I love what they did with the first one. The second is neat as well, I've never seen one actually start.
