The GE quiet fans from the 50s and 60s are some of my favorite desk fan.
My favorite ones are the tuorquise "blue spruce" models from the 1960s and the white one with safety cages.
I can't seem to find them here. I've only seen a gray 50s one and they wanted $20 for it. I thought that was too much so I didn't buy it.

Wait, are these the plastic looking ones? If so, they're EVERYWHERE up here. You can hardly go into an antique store without seeing one. I have many of them, and all were under $5 as far as I know.

Yeah, I've got a blue one, but it's in rough shape. The cord is long gone, the cage is bent in, and the blades won't spin because of the cage. I got it out back of an apartment building adjacent to a restaurant we ate at downtown, I spotted it when we went in to eat.
I haven't really seen those later ones at all, just the Blue Spruce and earlier. I've got a bunch of the gray ones.
