Four of the fans pictured are garbage, one is OK but not great, and one is actually very neat.

the one with the top mounted spinner with schoolhouse globe is the best IMO

The CEC and the SMC look GREAT in those settings.
The little white and brass one is ok.
I love the green shade light.

The 5 blade 42" tan fan is interesting in the fact that the blade brackets "snap" into the flywheel and the blades and light globe snap in. Other than that nothing special, I think it is a Westinghouse? Not sure, it was a display and I paid $15 for it. I think it cost like $60 new....

The VERY VERY first ceiling fan I ever got was a brown CEC Georgian just like what you got...what a coincidence!
I got it circa 1985, and my dad installed it in my basement, where it's hanging to this day.
In 2008, I got a NIB brown CEC Georgian like the aforementioned one.
My 'Eccentric Grandfather's' neighbor who lives 2 houses up has an SMC exactly like the one in this thread, and it's hanging in an outbuilding on his property. The outbuilding was constructed in the early 90s and I would always look for the garage door to be raised so I could see the fan whenever I'd walk by as a kid. It's pretty obvious the guy had taken the fan from his house and installed it there...quite possible.

I just realised that the motor of the CEC Georgian is just like a slim CEC Angel. I like how clean and glossy it is.
Those SMC top mounted are not the best incarnation of top mounted fans but seems to be rare and unique. Adam have one.
The white & PB Encon/Westinghouse Crusader is cute.
The Westinghouse with dome light kit seems to be a Design and Combine.
Andrew was a little rude.

Tan fan IS a Westinghouse, they make a lot of those EZ-Install fans, or whatever they're called.
