Picked this up at a garage sale. Is it worth putting on eBay?

yes dan..
i use to have one exactly like this: same color same style same size same brand same year
as this one,i bought mine at wal mart way back in the early 1980s
mine lasted till late 1990s and then dad threw it out due to motor froze/burnt up(it was missing the round plastic center piece that go on the front grill cover & it was real dirty since dad used it last in the garage BEFORE it quit & them he threw it out).

This one has a plastic handle. The one my aunt and my dad had had a metal one built into the grill. I'm not sure that you'll get a lot of money, as they are pretty common.

Yeah those are pretty nice and a lot of collector wants them. Even if it have a broken front grill. I see you also have a mid to late 1950s Westinghouse Desk fan in the background.

It's not broken, just bent.
Yes that Westinghouse is one of my favorites.

You're missing the grill clips too. Those are a PITA to replace.

Yeah I noticed the grill is held by elastics.

That's usually what you have to do when grill clips go missing.

How do you replace them?

You don't. You throw the fan away, because it renders it useless. Lol.
I don't think that anyone makes grill clips anymore.

So I should throw the fan away? It seems plenty useful!
