Anyway, the motor housing is slightly ugly, IMO, but it is very unique. That's a great find!

I think it's called either the Legacy or the Colonial.
The Legacy was sold at Builder's Square and the Colonial was at Lowe's.

The Brentwood was faceted all the way up to the top of the motor, however.
Lowe's version of the Colonial was a six-blade, unless it was a distinguished model (Deluxe? II?). I do remember seeing this fan as well, but the wingtips were MUCH more pronounced.
I'd suggest either not putting a light kit on it or finding a loop-arm. Those milk-glass bells with three or four "notches" around the rim look good on ornate Hunters like these.
