You heard about Craftmade ceiling fans?? They are unknow in Australia. In Australia you use 220 Volts and here we have 120 Volts so of course you can't bring a fan from Australia and install it here it won't work. Also Craftmade ceiling fans are made only in 120 Volts. Here what looks like the Craftmade Decorative: www.hansenwholesale.com/ceilingfans/hw_enlarge.asp?emt=Enlarge1200&Image=images/craftmade/fans/c52pb-1200.jpg&Do you remember the name of the store in Australia. The only ceiling fans showroom around here is Luminaire in Point-Claire at the corner of St-Jean Boulevard and Boulvard Brunswick near the Fairview shopping center. Do you know any good ceiling fans showrooms beside Luminaire around here??

The casablanca have 4 blades with a middle ball light in the middle of it cercled by classic old fashion lights. The Hunters originals that I have looks like white, metal blades, the middleof the jointment of the blade is made of real iron and it has 4 blades. The carribean Moss in my living room is a 48 inch,4blades made of real wood and the middle with metal no lights on this one.

Hello, and welcome. I think you over paid for those fans if you paid in US dollars. Usually they only run a couple hundred. Where is Aussie do you live? I have an uncle in Sydney and one in Melbourne.

The Australian $ is very high that why you think he overpaid them. For example a normal(cheap) ceiling fans in Australia cost about between 100-130$ when is US they could cost about 40-80$ and in Canada about 50-100$.
I did Not know they sell Casablanca ceiling fans in Australia.
Wow Ben that's impressive you say that you have family that live in CT, in Montreal and now Australia. And I think you said you are from Cambodia or Vietnam? (south east Asia)
