Dan ''Canadian'' is not a language, its does not exist. And Canada is about 80% english talking and 20% french talking. Pierce said that he understand French.

Welcome to the forums. I dont speak Canadian. Well I do speak Canadian... Jean2291 (is that your real name? As we'd like to refer to you as that.), I don't think your Craftsmade can be installed with 4 blades. I'm not sure though, because it doesn't say anything. My uncle's fan can be installed with 4 or 5 blades also, except the holes are all in circle. Pics:

Jean is my Real name (wath a weird question) its the french version of the name John in english but you cannot translate a name. Its like ''Forkfan'' its wase not is Real name. The numbers are just for my date of birth. As for my Craftmade I have alrady read on this site that most of Craftmade are Four or Five blades compatibility. My mother have called to Farrey's showroom to know more about the Craftmade Decorative and the sale person says: its ok for 4 blades installations. We first wanted to buy it from Farrey's but they dont accept canadian credit card www.farreys.com/ceiling_fans/craftmade/decorative_42_fan.htmlSo we order it from Cornwall & Electrical showroom beacause they sells Craftmade fans. Its a showroom located in northern Ontario in Cornwall www.cornwalllighting.ca/Ben what is this fan and where did you took this pic??

Yeah you alrady post it The fan on the 10 pic is the same fan that I have in my room Its a Encon princess 42''(but mine still have a globe on it my encon fan did include the globe, but the bulb on it was the big energy saver floricent bulb and it's bigger enough that the globe won't fit unless i put the regular bulb back in which i don't want to because it uses more electricty than energy saver bulb.. and now i no longer have the globe because i'm not a big fan of the plain solid white globes(schoolhouse or ball shaped..etc unless it has the floral design on it) but the globe the fan came with is plain white schoolhouse globe on my encon fan.. yea i aready post it but i didn't know you visit this forum way back when i last time i post it... i took down my encon fan down and now i have my #1 favorite emerson blender 36" fan up hey jean, did you see this pic i posted here before: it's a pic of my livingroom/kitchen all in 1 big room(kitchen is further left of the picture and of course it's not pictured) and the computer i'm on now is the one on left of the picture(where my black chair is/under the emerson blender fan is now/use to where my encon fan was) i still have my encon fan,but it's in storge with my other fans are.

Yeah Jeremy I saw all your posts and I alrady saw this pic you post And your story with those UGLY Emerson Friction Drive that fell of the ceiling And your Hunter fan is definitely a Passport III. Just to tell you here in southern Canada we don't have all those greats ceiling fans brands like in the US(i was soo impressed that we can see a regualr home in the US up with 10 fans in the same house) and here they are more expansive, just you would NOT like to know the price for a Casablanca here. The American ceiling fans brands that we have here are: Hunter, Encon/Westinghouse, Craftmade, Casablanca, Fanimation, The Modern Fan Company ect but we don't have Emerson and Concord. I can't see how you can stand to use those UGLY fluorecent compact bulb I HATE those. Does the electricity cost in Texas is that expansive? I tought that the electricity cost in the US was almost the same as here beacause in Quebec is soo cheap. I have a question about your Encon Princess. When and where did you bougt it? And does yours make noise when running? Just to tell you Jeremy, I have been checking every post of this fourum since October 2004(in case you haven't read the first post of this thread)
