I have heard from a reliable source of information that some old hardware stores sold them, but I do not have any near me. Does anyone know of anywhere else that would stock these? Thank you in advance.

Home Depot sells them. Around here they keep them next to the breakers along with other misc. push button and toggle switches, they don't stock them with the ceiling fan pull chains. I purchased one a while back to repair a 36" Hunter Original.
