Dan and I finally got our trade agreement down. And he is sending me a white, 42" Lasko flushmount that I plan on using to replace my extremely noisy, and non-air-blowing Littleton in my bathroom. The Lasko had a light at one point, so the bottom cover for the switchhousing is M.I.A. Dan stated that if a Lasko cover is not around, then one from an Original would work (and I am guessing that a Fasco one would work too). So now I need one! I have looked all over my area for a used fan that has a possible fit, and to no avail. Does anyone have an extra bottom, 2 hole cover that they can part with that would fit the soon-to-be-mine Lasko? Any color is fine as I could spray it white. It could easily be shipped in one of those "business" yellow envelops, and of course, I would pay postage and any fee you may require for the part. PLease help!!! I will not want to hang the fan until I get the cover. Thanks everyone!!!

Cut a piece of cardboard the size of the switch housing and paint it the color of the fan, untill you get a cover. I do it all the time when I take pictures of them, and you can't really tell......Adam

I have the antique brass switch housing cover from my 52" Sears (Lasko) "Turn of the Century". Any interest to you?

Yes, I bet that would fit my Lasko perfectly. Do me a favor, email me your email address (SL2guy1@aol.com) and I will be in touch once i get my fan in a week or so from Dan. I will definitely take it! Thanks!

Most of us are looking for these plates. Any fan that uses a flat plate, they're all the same size. I myself need many of them, I have many fans that are missing them. If Pierce is offering you his spare, take it. They're hard to find. Just dont paint the brass side, in case you ever need it for a brass fan.

It is not totally flat like the Hunter Original one. It has a LITTLE lip on it, so he can only paint one side.
The FASCO Charleston (and Spartan copy), the Hunter Original, and the TOC all use this plate. What else?

Ok, some Nutones, some Emersons, some Laskos other than TOC, some Evergos, um, what else . . .
