Moss is affiliated with fans by several other names, there's a bunch listed on the title of the Moss gallery in the group.
I believe Moss bought Ritz, and perhaps Codep bought Moss, or the other way around, or perhaps the same Asian factory made both and they were imported under different names. . . anyhow between those same three companies, and others, the same fans, and fans with similar features, were sold by various names.
Also, JC Penney sold a lot of Moss fans, perhaps in the early 80s.

Universal ceiling fans are also somehow affiliated with Moss-- I recently found a Universal fan (on eBay) with a moss canopy and motor similar to a Moss.

I found a fan, that's a Moss design/motor housing, Codep motor inside (the later pancake/sandwich version) but labeled "CEC". Say what?
