Nope, nothing like it.
First off it had 5 blades. Second of all they were pointed. 3rd, I believe the motor was one of the "smaller" ones, not the big tank motor, and it had a swivel canopy. Finally, it had the "heart" brackets. What set it off as unusual for me was:
1) the 5 square bottom blades, had only seen 4 before 2) blades had both square bottoms AND points, never seen them together 3) Cane was loose weave 4) I BELIEVE it had a swivel canopy

Cheap motor 1. pointed blades 2. five blades 3. ball mount 4. filigree
But out of curiousity, was the switch housing detachable, or did it have a switch housing cap that mounted with two screws at the bottom?

SMC A-52 mid 80s with five square botom blades. I've seen one before.

SMCs seem to be quite common in Dairy Queens. The one here has two from the 80s. One is a palm aire type fan with ge vents and the other is a hugger. Both are 42", I believe. There are also two white palm aire types on the other end of the restaurant.

SMC A-52 mid 80s with five square botom blades. I've seen one before. I believe it would be an older F52, as opposed to an A52.

I believe it would be an older F52, as opposed to an A52. I have an older F-52. Looks nothing like an A-52.

What, that 4 blade one? That's not older. The older ones have a thin housing what's wider and flat on the bottom. I have a picture I pirated from an eBay auction a while ago or so.
