(might want to scroll left to right for this one ;D) Manufacture Company: CasaBlanca Model: Columbia II Model #: 5444T Serial #: FT20670 Introduced in 1977 as model #5xx, with the Emerson K63 motor, and rehostat box variable speed system. Discontinued in 1980, and reintroduced into the CasaBlanca line as model #5xxx, with the Emerson K55 motor, rubber flywheel, "Zephyr style" brackets", and Slumber Quiet variable speed system. In 1983, the I bolt mount was discontinued, and replaced with hang tru. Series discontinued in 1984. But where does mine fit in? Nowhere does CasaBlanca mention it being a W11 Inteli-Touch fan, "pretzel brackets", or that is was made in 1985. Any ideas, anyone? I know for certain that all the parts are original, right down to the blades. Please do not hold me word for word on information. That is just the information I have gathered through various sources. I find it interesting, how the flywheel hangs so low below the motor housing, and yes, it is all the way on the shaft. Another interesting thing was the downrod coupler, antique brass, instead of the usual dull black. This fan now hangs in our office

Sean's info comes from Casa's tech website. Also, the IT columbia was featured as far back as 1982 when they first introduced IT. Even Casa's own data on their fans is incomplete. lol
