Is there a performance benefit in curved vs straight blades? Are the curves behaving like the winglets on my BAF? From what I think the curved and straight blades both have the same airflow I think But curved blade version can’t reverse but straight blades can. Flipping the blades so the tip is down I think serves as “reverse”

Really depends on the space but for HUGE spaces rite hite or BAF for medium spaces or garages I would say a silver or gold line 56-60” same for small spaces exept silver line 48” gold line 36”.

I am only seeing the thread now, but if you still are looking for fans, If available in your country, I would recommend Crompton High Speed and Crompton Jura, which are plain fans and available in white, ivory, or brown, and for something more decorative, there are Crompton High Speed Decora and Decora Scion, Crompton Aura and Crompton Avancer Prime, available in various colours. These fans have been recommended by other fan enthusiasts in India, and to be honest I managed to acquire some older fans made by Crompton, but labelled "Relite Rapide MKII" for the UK and were sold in Malta, my country. Some of these fans are over 20 years old, and similar to these newer Crompton fans. Here are some pictures below. Thanks Crompton High Speed (opal white) Crompton High Speed Decora (Ginger Gold Anti-Dust) Crompton High Speed Decora Scion (Bakers Brown Anti-Dust) Crompton Jura (ivory) Crompton Aura (Brown Anti-Dust) Crompton Avancer Prime (Indigo Blue Anti-Dust)

We don't get Crompton here unfortunately. Ages ago we had ones made by them but labeled for other names like Encon.

That's a pity! Do you get Havells Velocity or Havells Pacer fans perhaps?

Does anyone have a Banvil or Mayfair Energy Star Line that they are interested in selling. It’s my favorite industrial fan and Banvil stopped making it and I really want one
