Please help Identify this fan I broke the shade and need to order a new one. Thanks. Could you please attach a photo of the whole fan and maybe the broken glass or any other glass with it? I have some guesses on what the shade looks like since most that would've come with Alaska's are of usually only a couple styles. |

I don't have access to the fan right now but here's the shade. I don't think Alaska is the Brand I think its the model its a fairly generic/modern looking fan. Ill get u guys a pic as soon as I can

Alaska is likely the manufacturer for the fan. Its dated 2003 from what it seems. I looked up " 8" glass shade for ceiling fan" and I found some similar ones. It is a twist on which is an important feature that must be matched. I seems like a common part.

It looks pretty similar to some hunter fans like this one i.ebayimg.com/thumbs/images/g/aAAAAOSwaWxiaY2U/s-l300.jpg I don't think it is though I checked the serial # on there website. Ya it seems like it would be a simple part to find but I think I've checked all the light dealers in my city (in Canada). Ill try and order a generic one though. Thanks for the help! |

Anytime! reach back out if it doesn't work. Your best bet would be to keep experimenting probably. I couldn't find the fan when I searched up the model numbers which makes it tough.
