Need help identifying Hampton Bay fan- want to install light

So we want to have an electrician install a light on the ceiling fan. It was here when we moved in and legitimately do not know what model it is in order to choose a light that would be compatible.

Looking at the top I see 897F and can make out some of the numbers but my phone can’t focus well enough

That's a Hampton Bay Farmington. To install a light:

1. Remove switch cap.
2. Remove plug from center of switch cap.
3. Install light kit on hole of the switch cap.
4. Wire the light kit to blue and white wires.
5. Reinstall the switch cap.

And any universal light kit should work.
