I'm not counting my collection display installed in the (unfinished) basement, but we have 8 ceiling fans installed in the main living areas of our house: 1 in each of our four bedrooms, 1 in my bedroom closet, 2 in our sunroom, and 1 in our family room. We will (eventually) be adding one to our office (den), so that will make for 9 total ceiling fans once it's installed. For those curious, here is the lineup:
Family Room: 2001 Cobblestone Quorum Celtic (Installed since the house was built in 2001)
Sunroom (2 Fans): 2004 Natural Iron Hampton Bay Easy Street(s) (Installed since we added the sunroom onto the house in 2004)
Master Bedroom: 2020 Natural Iron Hunter Lincoln (Edison LED) (Prior fans, in order: 2001 Antique Brass Hunter Stratford, 2000 Antique Brass Hunter Lancaster (Remote))
My Bedroom: 2011 Brushed Nickel Casablanca Panama II (IT3 Model) (Prior fans, in order: 2001 White Hunter Low Profile V, 2005 White Hampton Bay Huntington III, 2005 White Hunter Eastern Shore, 2007 Brushed Nickel Hunter Westminster (Old Style))
My Bedroom Closet: 2015 Brushed Nickel Hunter Carmen (Prior fans, in order: 2001 Plain White Builder Light Fixture (No Fan), 2005 White Monte Carlo 22" Mini, 2008(?) White Harbor Breeze Breezeway, 2010 Brushed Nickel Hampton Bay Metarie (I))
Sister's Bedroom: 2018 Fresh White Hunter Amberlin (Prior fans, in order: 2001 White Hunter 44" Coastal Breeze (III) Plus, 2007(?) White Hunter Dreamland, 2007(?) White Harbor Breeze 52" Cheshire (I))
Spare Room: 2017 Nickel Home Decorator's Collection Gardinier (Prior fans, in order: 2001(?) White 42" Hampton Bay Landmark (III) Plus, 2001 White Hunter Low Profile V, 2001 White 44" Hunter Coastal Breeze (III) Plus, 2012 Appliance White Emerson Midway (DC) ECO, 1999 (Gloss) Snow White Casablanca Stealth (IT Model))

Sixteen. Soon to change somewhat: one coming down, one going up elsewhere.
House-- Living room: 1 (imitation of Casablanca Artisan) Kitchen: 2 (PB/walnut topmount spinner; AB/oak Craftmade Max-Air 4-blade, schoolhouse lights. Say what you want about Craftmade but that thing can really puff!) Laundry room: 1 (Minka-Aire tiny white 3-blade ball thing) Bedrooms: 2 (white/brass Homestead Whisperfan IV, single light; blenderfan, single light. Latter about to be replaced with a light, housemate doesn't like "things moving over his head") Bathroom: not counted in total, but about to get a white Homestead Universal 29". Back porch: 2 (black Hunter Original 36"; 1980s PB/oak GE-vent)
Art studio-- Front room: 1 (AB Casablanca Broadway Ltd., loop-arm light) Office: 4 (PB Eagle Fan Co. Grand Duchess [bird fan]; Fanimation/Harbor Breeze Rotation-type; AB Key Largo Petite 29" w/ star light; PB Homestead Universal 29" w/ 4-lights. Hallway: 1 (AB Casablanca 20th Century Ltd., white/cane, no lights) Work/studio room: 2 (white/AB Classic Fan Original copy, 36"; AB Casablanca New Orleans Centennial, later short-scroll, walnut/cane arch-tip Classic Fan blades, loop-arm light)
"Grand Duchess" pictured in my avatar: 1980s exact copy of 1930s MidWest Chandcelier Co. "Levelle Fan-Lite" Model 16, aka 'bird fan.' "The Grand Duchess" by the Eagle Fan Corp. of Lufkin, TX. They only made this fan and a matching wall sconce light, in 4 finishes and 2 glass colors. This (PB, amber glass) is the same as the original Model 16. The coolest fan I could possibly find. Will not ever be for sale or trade.

so far our house is a new build so there are only 2 fans in the house right now a fanimation covert with the light cap on in our living room and a Casablanca venus halo gallery edition in my bedroom so as of now 2 but there are spots around the house for more, one in the formal living room, one in the master bedroom, guest room, and one in the garage so there is a possibility for an additional 4 so in total possibly 6 fans in the entire house total.
