Hi. Can’t find a brand for this fan and trying to see if it’s possible to buy a replacement remote control. I found a model number 820AL-G 54" but there is no brand. Thank for any help. I believe that may be a Harbor Breeze Ceiling fan. Usually fans like that from big box stores will have a universal remote kit, so you can purchase any universal remote control kit at the store and replace the system yourself. If you want to double check on the system your fan has, when you have the time, unscrew the two screws on the canopy (Mounting hardware/wire cover) and see if there is a little black box stored away. That is the receiver. If you fan has this receiver, you can replace that with one from a new remote control system. HOWEVER If your fan does not have a receiver in the canopy you might have to do a little rewiring in order to get the fan to work. Good luck, and keep us updated!

Howdy, theunderdog This fan was sold by Lamps Plus (like Wayfair but nicer grade stuff) It was called the Mission for or to go with Mission style decor. It is NLA back in 2005. If the fan ever dies you can save the light kit and use it on another fan. The light kit used an halogen cigarette bulb. This should be available in LED today. Lamps Plus may still have old stock receivers for the remote if it ever goes out. This fan has a 14 degree blade pitch which moves air well. I added a photo of the hand held remote that came with the fan. The idea of getting a universal remote and receiver was a good suggestion. If they ask if the remote is for a large or small motor, get the one for a larger motor.
