I am trying to get replacement fan blades for this fan. The originals are probably warping or cupping and scraping as the blades go around. I've trimmed and sanded several times but I think it's just time for new blades. I could always try some universal blades but I'd like to get some that I know fit and look like the original. The label says AC-4054 but none of the fans that come up look like this fan. Here are some pics. Thanks in advance!

The label says AC-4054 but none of the fans that come up look like this fan. Here are some pics. Thanks in advance! This fan is manufactured by a company known as Sheng Yuan, better known as Alaska, according to the UL file number of this fan. What's strange is that pulling up that UL file number gets me results for contemporary Hampton Bay and Minka Aire fans. This fan could've been sold under the Hampton Bay name at some point; unfortunately, there's not much else I can tell you about this fan, it seems. I can tell you this, though: the problem you're having with your fan blades scraping is due to either loose screws connecting the blade irons to the motor, or sagging blade irons. Since this fan is so obscure there most likely aren't any replacement parts available for it, and if it's bad enough to where the blades are scraping the light kit even when everything's fully tightened and you've sanded the irons down, I'd replace the whole fan. You could try bending the blade irons back, but you would risk breaking them if they're made from cheap metal (which is likely given that level of blade sag). I hope I've been of some help here
