This fan needs some work done on the oscillation mechanism and the blades need balancing.

Even though they were 'cheap' in their day, I've always liked these fans.. Their appearance is so iconic..

I love those Dominion blades with the ridges and that huge blade hub! The shield cage is nice too.
I have a model 2017 with those same blades and I love how they sound on low.
Dominion fans I think were better than some of the dime store fans of the day. They seem sturdier built than the cheapie ones.

Even though they were 'cheap' in their day, I've always liked these fans.. Their appearance is so iconic.. These are very robust in their construction as well, plus they run great! And yes there is no other fan with that distinct styling. I love those Dominion blades with the ridges and that huge blade hub! The shield cage is nice too. I have a model 2017 with those same blades and I love how they sound on low. Dominion fans I think were better than some of the dime store fans of the day. They seem sturdier built than the cheapie ones. They are great fans. Other dime store fans don't even compare, I have an Eskimo that's in great cosmetic and mechanical shape, the Dominion is heavier, and runs quieter and the motor runs cooler.
