Not to thread jack or get too personal.. But Cole are any utilities included? For what I've seen of you're place you're getting the Cadillac of apartments for the price of a 1980's Hyundai. For $895 a month locally you'll get a room with access to the kitchen and bathroom between certain hours or a flea bag apartment the size of a normal bedroom! I pay for electric and my own internet, cable would also be on the tenant but I don't have it. Otherwise everything else is pretty much included, no extra for the underground parking or garage. There are places similar-ish to mine going for like in the upper $600s, but I took this because the location is way too good being just a couple blocks from my parents and the underground parking is like totally worth it, I think some other properties with it offer it as a paid option. It's a super competitive market here right now, we're getting oversaturated in apartments so right now it's a fair time to be a renter. Some of y'all wouldn't believe the literal entire neighborhoods of apartment buildings if you visited here, many have said it's unlike anything they've seen anywhere else. Total opposite here. Seller's market for both. Landlords are price gouging and the only way to close on a house is offer more than the asking price.

I've been having difficulty with Photobucket not loading up correctly and being unreasonably slow for quite some time now..
I never got this email about having to pay $400,, but I did notice in the past few weeks I have started getting inundated with advertisements in my email from them..
I just clicked on one of the emails they sent advertising their paid services, and the pricing page it brought me to is far more reasonable than what's being described here.. 50 GB of storage (which is more than enough for use on the forum) is 6 dollar/month.. The 400 dollar plan is for 500 GB of storage, which is probably far more than one would ever go through..
photobucket.com/pricing
I certainly would never spend 400 dollars on image hosting, but for someone who uses it regularly, I don't think 6 dollars is all that far fetched..

$6 is fine, but I don't think any of us need the extra storage space. What we need is the linking and embedding, and you need to get the $400 package to enable that feature. The $6 package won't allow you to do it, or fix any of the links they've broken. Like I said, even if it cost like $20 for the year, I'd probably just pay it to keep using what I've always used and hopefully see less advertising in the process. But asking $400 to enable that feature is insane, especially when that's a huge portion of what the site is used for. By being greedy and asking $400 they're losing a massive amount of users, whereas if they'd asked a reasonable amount they'd probably have lost just a few people and made a killing from everyone else who thinks it's worth a small payment.

I'm currently using Tinypic since I have zero time to deal with this nonsense right now, but it's owned by Photobucket so I'm trying to not stay there in the long-run. They're not getting any advertising clicks from me.

If TinyPic is owned by Photobucket, who's to say that TinyPic won't be going down the same road?

just registered in tinypic, unfortunately no mass uploads.. i dont think there is much i can do with having all my library accessible, to commemorate this, i made all my albums public, broke the links to the older images for better organization, you can view them from my signature link

A potential alternative is to simply upload in the member's galleries here and use the second link provided on the right side in ''Image Code''. It will appear here. The only problem is that the preview image will be small but it's clickable and redirect the viewer to the bigger picture in the galleries. It would also be a good way to use more our galleries. Here's an exemple:

Here's how I fixed the problem.. I Googled image hosting, This site came up as one of the top results: image.ibb.co/ I signed up to it, uploaded the API CEC fans, and linked them to the forums.. The interface is very similar to photobucket, and so far I'm very happy.. I tried the other two.. Imageshack, and for some reason it would not upload the files (maybe too big), and I tired Flickr, and was not really impressed either.. I'm sure photobucket is making bad decisions and will lose most people who use them...

If TinyPic is owned by Photobucket, who's to say that TinyPic won't be going down the same road? That's my concern, and why I don't want to get reliant on them. I didn't even register, I've just been using the basic upload feature since it's super quick to use. Uploading to the galleries here is more cumbersome since you have to do the organization aspect of it, I need it to be pretty quick which is why I haven't been keeping up with my uploads there. I'd like to get caught up, but I just haven't had time with more pressing things to do. I basically did the same as Adam, I found the one he suggests as well but didn't know anything about it, and again, don't have time to investigate myself. I'll probably give it a try since someone else has looked into it now.
