I guess it's time for a new thread lol. The quest for Casablanca continues. I've wanted a Brescia for years, got this one from the same place that had the Utopians and Waileas. I'm absolutely in love with this model, I knew I would like it but as soon as I started pulling parts out of the box I was stunned at how gorgeous it is. Matthew Ray sent me the blades last year with other stuff, which are B111 dark relic. I'd always hoped to use them on a weathered copper Brescia eventually, but I think they look possibly even more awesome on the brushed nickel. Also shown in the last pic, since I installed it for Demo Mode on the video anyways, is my G220 Casablanca bowl glass on a random fitter I have. Just chose that for a change of pace since I usually have been doing 4 light kits for Demo Mode clips. Apologies if the pictures aren't exactly great, these are the ones from my phone. I took some on my camera as usual but they didn't come out nearly as good as I thought they had, and I thought the phone ones looked better albeit slightly blurry.

I'm not thrilled with bowl light kits either, mostly again because they block too much of the fan, and they're usually not all that great with light output. The fan itself is pretty nice, the blades are a great finish to go with the brushed nickel.
Cole, I think you should start posting the video in the thread as well along with the pictures!

It's really cool to see one installed with four blades. They didn't had them in the pull chain version?

Ugh I knew I would hear more about the light than the fan. I gave a disclaimer that I only chose that for a change of pace, if I'd put on a K44T or K4S style again someone else would've said "why do you always use those two light kits?" (the answer being I don't have a lot of other choices). It's not what I would pick for an actual install either. I don't usually like bowl light output either, this particular fitter takes four bulbs though and is actually very good so I can't complain about that on this one.
No pullchain versions, Jean. All they had now was IT brushed nickel, who knows what they might have listed next week but I'm happy with what I got. They only have a select few things available overall, it just so happens I had the luck of most of it being stuff I was looking for. I'll take what I can get, I much prefer these in IT anyways.
I could maybe start posting the video in the thread after the fact, it would very rarely be with the initial post of pictures though because they're typically not live yet when I post in the thread. If you'd like me to do that, I'll try to remember.

If you'd like me to do that, I'll try to remember. If you post the video, I'd be much more apt to watch it then and there. While I'd like to see pretty much all these fans running, often weeks go by before I actually remember to go look them up on YouTube.

I didn't exactly try to win this Heat Fan, but it's awesome that I did. Threw in a bid for the heck of it since it was really cheap and nobody challenged, so I'll take it. Mostly NIB, it was opened and inspected before so there are blemishes here or there but nothing major. I'd gather it's pretty similar to a HB industrial in the performance area since the blades are practically identical, but I like these better just because of how they look if nothing else. Ironically after I just said the videos aren't typically ready, this one is:

Is it possible that those are the same blades as used on the HB industrial? They look pretty much exactly identical. Thanks for posting the video. What year did they start making this design?

It's very possible, from what I've gathered over the past couple hours (mostly via Jonathan), the same factory that does the HBs does the Emersons as well. I have a set of the HB blades, there are literally no differences.
When this fan originated is a good question that I don't know the answer to. I think mine is from 2002, but as per usual I didn't pay that much attention to the date.

I recall seeing 2 that looked like this somewhere a while ago, it likely would have been after 2002 I'd think. I suppose maybe they could have been these.
