I think I'm gonna go back and get the other brass studio series even though I have a nib one...

Personally, I'd go back for the TAT Deluxe.

Beautiful Studio Series, especially the PB one! I didn't know they also came in that brown color, don't remember seeing that before. Looks like its in great condition. The other unit you got is interesting as well, though I have no idea what it is.
I would have grabbed the brown Caribbean Breeze, even though $30 is pretty steep I'd really like to get a working one. Also would have gotten the spinner as seen in the second visit. What is that junk on the bottom of it?

Thanks Jordan.. I've got a brass switch housing cap that I pulled off a junk one at the Stuart Habitat about 6 months ago.. I've got DB paint and painted it.. It's not the exact color but its close.. I tried to cook it to make it AB to fit on my ab needing a switch housing cap, but any attempts I make to do that, just makes brass look like "baked brass"..

Andrew,
That TAT deluxe is basically the same as the ones Home Depot started to use for their Landmark line in 1989-90... Notice the top of the motor housing with no vent holes.. I had gotten one in 1990, the five blade version and the fan lasted to 1993.. They got noticeably cheaply made in 1986.. I recently saw another one of these at Faith Farm months back that was flush mounted and white in color, it had the date sticker on it also with a month and day in 1986..
I had gotten a five blade HB Landmark version from a CL ad about 5 or 6 years ago.. Had the same brackets without the arches.. I basically bought it to junk it, which made no sense.. I never got to take pics of it for anyone to see... It was a rarer model due to the fact they started to make the blade brackets for those with the two curved arches on each blade bracket while still being TAT made fans...

Ooooh yeahhh, I just noticed the stamped-steel motor... nevermind. I'm sure you're aware that I want the CG.. hah.

Are you sure you would want that? it's been painted, and crayon marks on the bottom from a child...

The AB TAT Deluxe is pretty much like an 1980's Canarm GE vent. These are pretty good.
Those are the same brass Hunter Comfort Breeze we seen before I suppose?
Very nice brass Hunter Studio Series you got there. I would always get a brass fan over a painted finish at first but I understand that you already had a brass Hunter exactly like this.
The Crompton Greaves could be repainted and it would be a good opportunity to repaint it a more interesting color than all white.

Ya, they are the same Hunter CB motors, they just moved them on to the high rack...
