Attachment DeletedAttachment DeletedAttachment Deletedeeds some work, one blade is broken so i might just go ahead and make 4 new blades for this fan using the same shape and better quality wood. i have not tested the motor yet but it seems to be in good condition as far as i can tell.

You could also make 2 new blades and install them opposite each other, this way you can still have some of the original blades on it and it should remain in good balance.

It looks so empty with the 2 blades! Glad it works though. Seems to run pretty well. Hopefully the blade repair will hold up, may need some balancing to offset the extra weight of the glue. Seemed to be in surprisinly good balance with just the two blades.

It probably will be fine, besides the glue is closer to the motor, so that's a plus...

Attachment DeletedAttachment Deletedideo of it with four blades, still gona remake 2 if not all 4 of them. i also noticed the bearings seem a little stiff and that its not runing as fast as it seems it should so im gonna use some white lithium on the bearings and check the campacitor

What kind of glue did you use? Did you put cinder blocks over the cracked part of the blade for the glue to firmly grip the blade as it dries? Glue should hold the blade stiff... That doesn't look like it's going to hold at all..
