Ya, but I only like really old fans, and those on Youtube don't like really old fans.. I can only think of a handful of people who actually do like what I like, seems like everyone is starting to go after 90s and 2000s stuff.. Stuff I would never pick up or even want to be bothered with.. It's certainly a lost art. It's becoming less and less common to see good videos of genuinely high quality fans. On the topic of fans videos, I tend to make videos of a lot of post 1980's fans, however that is purely for the purposes of reviewing them. I don't intend to keep about 95% plus of these fans.

On my channel, you can find random ceiling fans, you can find high quality fans like Hunter Originals or vintage spinners, and cheap fans like Heritage Alexis and Hampton Bay Littletons. That's why I call my channel The Channel of Random Ceiling Fans. I upload videos to see how each fans perform.

He did take Cole's videos, so as far as I'm concerned any of us could be a target. Ya, but I only like really old fans, and those on Youtube don't like really old fans.. I can only think of a handful of people who actually do like what I like, seems like everyone is starting to go after 90s and 2000s stuff.. Stuff I would never pick up or even want to be bothered with.. When you say really old fans, I assume you mean 60s-70s knowing your collection, but I think more late 1800s early 1900s for really old. My favorite era for fans, both ceiling and portable, is definitely the late 60s to the 80s. There are a number of 90s things I like as well, plus anything before this time, but the 90s is when they started cheapening stuff. While I have fans from the 2000s, they're not really what I would consider "collectable" except for maybe a few Lakewoods, but that's only because Lakewood is no longer around.

I think your videos are great to see the quality of various fans and what is out there, but they may not appeal to the hard-core collector like Adam because we won't be seeing a whole lot of really quality fans appearing. That having been said, your channel fills an essential part of the collector community in my opinion. While I don't like a lot of the fans I see on your channel, I still enjoy watching the videos to gather information (and occasionally get some comedy out of how bad the fans are now)

This post was good, until you put on this stupid part about you making money! NOBODY WANTS TO FUND YOUR CHANNEL, MAKE VIDEOS FOR THE PURPOSE OF MAKING VIDEOS, JOBS ARE FOR MAKING MONEY. IF YOU WANT TO MAKE MONEY, GET A JOB.

I use ablocker sometimes, which is a great thing when it comes to Johna Musto's channel. On the contrary, for people that I like such as Dan's videos, I let the ads play because I enjoy his channel and his videos and I want to support them. Personally, I don't allow ads to be played on my channel because I make videos with the purpose of entertaining people and sharing my knowledge, not to make money. That's what my job is for.

I upload videos to see how each fans perform, and to make money. Jonah, you really are sad... Tell me about it! As you can probably tell from reading my other posts on here, I'm so over hearing about him making money from his channel. Did you see how he edited your quote to say "really not sad"? Now, that's sad!

Jonathan, you really are not sad... Yeah, Dan says he usually posts videos instead of pictures because he makes more money with videos. STOP SAYING THAT!!!! You can't speak for other people. From the last conversation we had about this, we established, or rather he established, that he posts videos because he has a passion for his hobby, and he enjoys the extra benefit of being able to make money off of it which goes back into his channel at the end of the day anyways. He also has a job and makes money from that to live off of like the rest of us! You just don't get it...

I know videos don't make too much money, but every penny counts. Anyway, back in topic.

Jonathan, the whole "watch my videos so I can make money" thing is old. If you can't get a job (or even if you can and want to try and make more money), find some good fans, fix them up if necessary, and sell them.
Jordan, your reactions are just as bad as Jonathan carrying on. Let these kinds of threads die.
