This is the fan I have in my office, its not the most powerful thing out there, but for $50 its not bad. The motor is made by Air Cool. It runs fairly quite and moves an okay amount of air, again for what it is. If nothing else, I think its a decent looking fan compared to most of the stuff that's out there now. The motor has a neat startup sound on high.
The RPMs according to the instruction manual: Low - 75 Medium - 114 High - 174
The HD Website states that it moves "Up to 4,469 CFM airflow", whatever that means.

My grandparents have a white/polished brass one and 2 verde green ones, though I believe the verde green ones have standard brackets.

I've never been able to convince my grandparents to get any ceiling fans lol They have an old hugger w/ cane that's not being used and 2 Littletons not being used. And those are in storage. I'll try to get pics the next time I'm there, which isn't very often. I doubt I can get pics of the verde green ones.

I like pretty much anything that has cane. If the Littletons are older, I'm sure someone will come after me for saying this, but I kind of like those too.

Nope, but the hugger came out of their old house.

I remember a neighbor put all new ceiling fans in their house, and they were all Hampton Bay Brookhursts, in Oil Rubbed bronze. I could tell, because I saw a ton of boxes on the curb, and a ton of ceiling fans on the sidewalk. They seem like good fans.

The brookhursts, not the ones on the curb I hope you took the ones on the curb? While the Brookhursts aren't the best thing out there, they're not bad for what they are. You can certainly get worse.

No, they looked cheap, and I didn't have anyplace to put them. No name-brand stuff
