That's something you'll have to figure out on your own.. Explaining it, and then being able to follow it, may be impossible.. If you don't know what you are doing, I'd suggest finding a few junkers to experiment with.. You don't want to ruin vintage fans like this.. You've got to learn the basics..

Flywheel is fine, sounds like bad bearings. You can take it apart and oil it, or take it apart further and replace the bearings. Both are not easy unless you're used to doing stuff like that.
Do I have any fans you'd want to trade it for?

I don't think its a bearing I put it flat on the floor on its fitter and it didn't rattle only when I hold it up does it rattle
