I love the Lady Delta! I believe the finish is called Decorator Mauve, as per the instructions for my Casablanca Victorian. It indeed appears to be pretty rare. Ah yes, good resource. I didn't even think of that. I figured it probably had two names, given designer gray, dusty rose, ferrari red, moroccan sand...

Is that the fan you have as your avatar picture? I personally don't like the finish because I can't see it Yes, the fan in my avatar pictures is a Casablanca Victorian, however not in Decorator Mauve. Ah yes, good resource. I didn't even think of that. I figured it probably had two names, given designer gray, dusty rose, Ferrari red, Moroccan sand... I wonder which other models were sold in Decorator Mauve. The Panama and Delta II possibly?

Moroccan Sand? Never heard that one before. Is it some sort of brown? It's kind of a dark tan. I wonder which other models were sold in Decorator Mauve. The Panama and Delta II possibly? Those are the two I would assume, I think a Delta II was mentioned.

Got these black canvas Fanimation blades NIB, shown on the Islander I had already. Always loved these in my old brochure, never thought I'd find a new set considering I don't remember ever seeing these on anything other than stock/catalog pictures.

Very cool! What other canvas colors were made for the Islander? I know I have said it before, but I LOVE the canvas blades on that original in the background.

I'm generally not into canvas blades much, but this I like for some reason. Only with 4 blades though, 5 blades its too much canvas for me lol

Nice fan! What year was it made? I'm not sure what specific year the Islander is. I don't know Fanimation, if there's a way to tell I don't know what it is. Very cool! What other canvas colors were made for the Islander? I know I have said it before, but I LOVE the canvas blades on that original in the background. With black frames they had black and gray canvas. With white frames they had blue, brown, natural (white), green, and red canvas. You could also get one of each of the white framed colors for a multicolored fan. This series of blades were for the Islander, Louvre, Bourbon Street, Americana, and Pedestal but were marketed most heavily with the Louvre since it and the blades are damp listed.

Here's just some stuff from recently. I never got around to posting this, but Tom Frampton and Dan have made it very clear that it is muchly wanted for the museum. Impossible to take a good picture of the thing with or without flash, but it says "Southfork Ranch July 7, 1985" on the bottom. Unfortunately it's not in the best of condition, but obviously it's rare as all hell. Pair of FASCO beach towels. Again, I'm well aware they're wanted for the museum lol. 29" Emerson Northwind, couldn't pass up one of these when it was affordable. Sort of NIB, it's unused but has been unpacked and half the packaging is missing.

I was hoping the Northwind was one of the 90s ones but still cool! The towels and clock are cool as well!

I like those towels, that's definitely not something you see every day. Where did you get those from?
I like the little Emerson, I'll have to take a look at the video.

Towels were from eBay. I bought one, then the other came up right away from the same seller and I bought it too.
I wish unique marketing like that was still prevalent today. Burton took Casablanca to whole new levels with advertising and product placement, and I think that drove some of the other high-end showroom companies to step up their game in that department too. It's not like that anymore, I think Fanimation probably uses some of the more unique approaches these days compared to everyone else.
