I have a 52 inch ceiling fan with no manufacturer name. The only information available on the top of the fan is: HC-1993 BR 0102 120v/60Hz 1.5A made in Taiwan
I broke the glass light cover and cannot find a replacement. the glass was round and is secured by three slotted fasteners, one of which unscrews to remove the cover.
Any suggestions? thanks

You can easily buy a replacement globe at your local hardware store.

Yeah, any hardware store or home improvement store (Home Depot, Lowes, Menards, etc) should have replacement glass. I know for a fact that Home Depot has a decent-sized selection of globes/shades.

Hm, might be a specialty or fan-specific globe based on what you describe of how it attaches. I don't know if a generic replacement will work or not, pictures on how it attaches would be helpful. Otherwise just go to a hardware store and see if you find anything similar, not sure what else to tell you.

Thanks for the replies. I have tried several hardware and home improvement centers with no luck.
Attached is a picture of the fan from the bottom. the glass plate is approximately 12.5 inches in diameter and is fairly thick, maybe around 3/8 inch.

Oh. That's definitely harder to find. Only way to get that would be to contact the manufacturer, or go to like a lighting showroom and ask them about it. That fan looks familiar, but I don't know what it is to even tell you if there's potential of getting a replacement.

The fan was manufactured by Halsey Enterprises. The HC1993 is not the model number but a manufacturing platform use by them. This was sold to two U.S. accounts; JCPenney and Savoy House. Savoy has no part available so your only option is JCPenney.
Please give them a call at 1-800-933-7115 and ask for the glass dome for the #852-1346.

Savoy House, that's what it was. These situations are so much easier when Perrey's around, no one else has all the info like this.

Aw you guys. Thank you. I hope the OP gives JCP a call right away. That fan is 12-years old and those glass domes are limited to just one model meaning the part is limited in quantities unlike other JCP fans that shared glass shades/center globes.

Hey all. New to this forum. Any idea if the original poster was able to get this resolved? I have the exact same fan with the exact same problem. Broke the globe last night. I've tried calling the number that Perrey gave but keep getting that they are having a network outage. So I tried callling the JCP number online, they transferred me to the furniture division. I gave them the number that Perrey provided and they said it's no longer active in their system. They couldn't even tell me if that number was a fan so that I could be sure I was asking the right people. So, I guess I'm hoping something has worked out or that there is another option. Hoping not to have to buy a whole new fan. Thanks in advance.

Hoping not to have to buy a whole new fan. Thanks in advance. The number works for me. If you're having trouble with locating the glass pan, have the JCPenney rep. transfer your call to the actual parts warehouse. Usually catalog numbers older than 5 years go dormant in their main system, and a search by the CSR might yield no results., but there's a way for a skilled CSR to find the item number either on their back up system or manually. That's how they found a bunch of glass shades the last time I ordered. Another possible outcome can be, the fan was drop ship from a U.S. based distributor instead of being imported directly by JCPenney. In that case, you need to contact the supplier directly instead of JCPenney. Here's another number for you to call, along with a model number for reference., if JCPenney is not responsible for parts, this company might be. But please be aware, this is a 12 year old model. Critical parts might no longer be available. Good luck! Call: 1-877-712-1960 ask for the glass pan for the AT-SS.

Hello all. Same issue with me about the glass globe for this fan. I am getting nowhere in locating a new globe. JCPenney tells me they do not have a parts warehouse. Just wondering if anyone ever found a globe and if so, where?
Thanks!

I too have this fan and need a glass replacement. I have two of these in the same room. The fans and especially the glass were purposefully selected to match the design and decor of the room, including the squared/cubed glass markings on the fan light bowl being a direct match of that of the glass block windows in the room. I hate to tear out two working fans just because I need a single glass bowl.
Can any of the previous query posers verify if they ever found the correct glass?
