Well, most people are just ignorant. Like when they sell a light kit adaptable fan for something that comes with a light kit. Or maybe it sold better because they were getting a better deal on the fan/light combo.

Troy, how many times do I have to tell you that my getting stuff from Habitat for traders is on hiatus until I say otherwise? In simple words, the answer is no.

JW you should grab the Hunter motor for yourself, and/or put it on eBay.

I never inventoried the cheap stuff. Most of the good stuff, I bought myself (or just took it if it was broken/parts since that stuff would have otherwise gone on the free pile).

Hugger that came in about a week ago and sold the same day Hugger and Hampton Bay Litex (which seemed to be even cheaper than a normal Litex builder; I replaced the beat-up blades with Quorum blades) Low Profile Litex hugger with interesting light kit; I think some green banker's glass would make this fan look AWESOME: Hahaha Mysterious piece of crap; judging from the mounting system I think it's an Encon/Westinghouse Emerson GE vent, made in Taiwan. Blades are solid wood; stenciled side was ruined by paint spatters which I couldn't get off. Low speed is CRAWLING; at least the medium is a true medium (fan goes roughly 170/100/45 RPM) Silent Breeze Hugger I was originally going to part out, but it cleaned up OK: Wide shot

I love the Emerson Ge vents. It looks a bit like an later Tyeb. Those are rare. The finish of the blades looks weird. That low speed seems awesome. Is it normal for that fan(works on pitch) or there a problem with the bearings?
The 'interesting light kit' on the footprints hugger is actually a very ugly looking light kit. Its an Hunter light kit.
Lots of huggers.
