Picked this up today simply because it was cheap and NIB never opened. Only thing I could find without opening it at the store was that it was from Target, but upon inspection of the warranty card it's a View. Bearings are shot of course, and the cane SUCKS. It's plastic like Her!t@ge, but it's even worse because it's all wrinkly and falling out. Anyway, not a bad air mover for what it is.

Very nice, Cole! I always have liked AB huggers with cane like that (that's why I got my Yuson ). The vents on that one look neat on the hugger housing. Cool fan!

looks nice, but it would look nicer with a pipe and a top canopy imo

That's the only 42" hugger I've seen with those kind of vents.
Great find, Cole!

If the cane is crap, you can try reversing the blades (unless your afraid of what's on the other side XDXDXD). I like it......the chunky switch housing does "seal the deal".
Mr. Fan, you're lucky you're not a Heritage, or you'd be more acquainted with Mr. Broom than you EVER wanted. XDXDXDXDXDXDXDXDXDXD

That is a cool fan though it is cheap. It first looked a bit like an evergo but that just at a first look at the swich houseing. Neat find!

So its a View-Fan? Just like the spinners?
The Encon/Westinghouse Casanova 52'' have Panama vents like that but its only on the 52'' version. 42'' huggers are uncommon with Panama vents.
Even though it was NIB you must not dislike huggers that much to have picked this?

The very same as the spinners.
I'm not fond of the vents, but they are unique
I liked this one with the chunky switch housing, and how it was just kind of unique. The blades on the box looked high quality, but they're not what's included with the fan. Look at the cane shape... The main thing was that it was NIB and at the place where they price everything really cheap.

looks nice, but it would look nicer with a pipe and a top canopy imo Well, it's hard to say that considering huggers are supposed to be flush mounted, otherwise it would hardly be a hugger. ;D
