No, I wasn't joking for the Banvil. It might need another layer of pain to make sure we can't see the wood through the pain anymore but otherwise it's looks fine.
I have seen theses plain Canarm quite a few times and are really fine for their time and low price. I particularly like how they kept their reverse pull chain all the way and a thick rounded switch cap.
Here they were no Home Depot early enough to have any interesting older Hampton Bay. To me it's a brand that came out of nowhere in 2002. Ah it's the last GE vent you didn't liked? Apparently Air Cool fans always make you react a lot. It looks good to me and I like the blade finish. I imagine it could be Canarm but I'm not really sure. I don't only post fans for the rarity but also for the older age but this one I rarely seen it. It's probably a model seen more in the west.

I do not like this. The SMC Promo is a fan I really like, but this “contemporary” version I could do without… That is really, really nice!!! Very nice fan, especially the light shades. Pictures is ridiculous though… While I would much prefer the blades to be wood, white and polished brass is not a bad combination in my opinion. Antique brass however, is a totally different situation. That one is very nice! I never understood how these effectively move air around… This is a nice fan, but that light is ridiculous. Needs at least 4 arms. I don’t think I’ve seen one of these before. The shades are very interesting. Nope, and if this is the style of fans they produce I hope not to… One of these is nice, the other is a little on the verge of outrageous.. I don’t know, what’s wrong with the blades? Yes, definitely needs better fans. Surprised there’s only thee fans, would have guessed four based on the pictures. Nice, but looks all white to me with brass… Its outrageous! Is it really 51” or can they just not measure? That is an odd one, never seen it before. Interesting Westinghouse. Not Hunter: It would appear to not be Hunter, or Westinghouse…. Nice but expensive…

Now these are certainly not an everyday sight in Canada! www.kijiji.ca/v-indoor-lighting-fan/calgary/hunter-ceiling-fan-cherry-wood-with-brass/1055245440?enableSearchNavigationFlag=true
No, I wasn't joking for the Banvil. It might need another layer of pain to make sure we can't see the wood through the paint anymore but otherwise it's looks fine. It would look terrible either way. Its such a nice fan and its a shame the previous owners ruined it like that. I have seen theses plain Canarm quite a few times and are really fine for their time and low price. I particularly like how they kept their reverse pull chain all the way and a thick rounded switch cap. Sure they might look fine, however the quality sucks! Trust me, they aren't good fans, even for the price. Even in 2003 there would have been a few decent models. Take the Redington II/III for example. Those Air Cool GE-vents are unbelievably common around here. Currently, there are two 42" versions sitting in the Fan Room at ReStore. I'm surprised you haven't seen too many of them, as these seem to be common all over the place. While I would much prefer the blades to be wood, white and polished brass is not a bad combination in my opinion. Antique brass however, is a totally different situation. All-polished brass fans with white blades just end up looking cheap in my opinion. I don’t think I’ve seen one of these before. The shades are very interesting. SMC had a few models with those shades back in the day. They do look quite classy. Nope, and if this is the style of fans they produce I hope not to… The funny thing is that fan was also a Hampton Bay model at some point if memory serves. They were made by King Of Fans. One of these is nice, the other is a little on the verge of outrageous.. Which, the SMC Scandinavian? I don’t know, what’s wrong with the blades? They're just 1/4" too large Its outrageous! Is it really 51” or can they just not measure? Maybe, however 52" is far more likely. It would appear to not be Hunter, or Westinghouse… Fixed.

Too bad the blades are spoilt… It would look terrible either way. Its such a nice fan and its a shame the previous owners ruined it like that. While its not my first choice, I don’t think it looks terrible. All polished brass fans with white blades just end up looking cheap in my opinion. I strongly disagree. There are plenty of Casablanca fans with this combination that look grate, including your Casablanca Victorian! I’ve never seen these shades before. But I agree, they are quite classy. Which, the SMC Scandinavian? The white one, whatever its called. They're just 1/4" too large How do you know, did you go over there and measure it? Maybe, however 52" is far more likely. Are there any 51” fans?

Too bad the blades are spoilt… Yeah I strongly disagree. There are plenty of Casablanca fans with this combination that look grate, including your Casablanca Victorian! That's a cream (off-white) and polished brass fan though. I was referring to fans that are all-polished brass with white blades (which includes a whole bunch of Wal-Mart models by the way). The white one, whatever its called. That would be the Scandinavian. How do you know, did you go over there and measure it? I was being sarcastic... Technically no. However, since fans are rarely the exact size advertised, I guess a 51" Panama wouldn't be impossible.

Technically no. However, since fans are rarely the exact size advertised, I guess a 51" Panama wouldn't be impossible. I have a 50" Panama, I'll have to measure it and see what it is. I don't think there are any 51" Panamas... Now that I never would have guessed! That's a cream (off-white) and polished brass fan though. I was referring to fans that are all-polished brass with white blades (which includes a whole bunch of Wal-Mart models by the way). I don't like all brass fans with white blades as much as I like white/brass fans with white blades. But I don't think they look bad.

That would be a Heritage. I love the fan, I love the install however the light kit needs to to go. At least the blades are reversible. Beautiful combination. Interesting globe choice... While these are cool, they're pretty crappy fans. Wouldn't this have been sold at Lowes? Notice the K4S-style light kit. I'd guess something Air Cool. No clue what brand it was sold under though. Whatever it is though, I love it! That room is amazingly 90's! Who else pictures a watermelon Casablanca Spirit Of Saturn there I've never seen these with dark cane. Were these called the "Victorian/Mini Victorian" or was that Canarm's GE-vent fan? If only the had these in British Columbia. I like this version. If it goes a bit lower... Do you want me to give you my honest opinion on this fan?

I could think of other lights I’d rather see on here, but otherwise I like it. I think this is the first one I’ve seen with the 2 stencil lines on oak blades. The shades are pretty unique also. 107 CM 6 blades aren’t too common. I’d probably like it better with the oak blades. The light is beautiful! But it’s a little much for this fan.. I have never seen one of these before. Very strange looking. Wow! I want it!!!!!!!!!!!! This is the first time I’ve heard lights referred to as bowls… Obscure Very nice, good price too. That is all around odd! Looks like an industrial. I wonder if the bearings are spoilt. Very nice, price is looking better also. I know its cheap, but I like it a lot. Not for $50 though, that’s probably more than it cost new! That would be a Heritage. So its garbage? I love the fan, I love the install however the light kit needs to to go. Why, because it has incandescent bulbs? Don’t be ridiculous! At least the blades are reversible. Are they reversible, or is an entirely different set? Notice the K4S-style light kit. Actually I didn’t notice that. I hate it when the light kits are built into the switch housing like that. I'd guess something Air Cool. No clue what brand it was sold under though. Whatever it is though, I love it! Air Cool seems to be your default when you don’t know a brand! That room is amazingly 90's! Who else pictures a watermelon Casablanca Spirit Of Saturn there Watermelons are for summer, something I wish would come my way sooner than later. Do you want me to give you my honest opinion on this fan? No, I want you to give me your dishonest opinion on that fan!

Yup. Why, because it has incandescent bulbs? Don’t be ridiculous! No, I just feel it's too traditional for the fan. Are they reversible, or is an entirely different set? Encon almost always offered reversible blades on their 90's models. Air Cool seems to be your default when you don’t know a brand!Watermelons are for summer, something I wish would come my way sooner than later. Sometimes I can almost guarantee this is an Air Cool, judging by the canopy. No, I want you to give me your dishonest opinion on that fan! Okay, here we go: It is the most high quality ceiling fan ever made! I love it!

Okay, here we go: It is the most high quality ceiling fan ever made! I love it! I'm sorry you feel that way, I think you are greatly mistaken. No, I just feel it's too traditional for the fan. I agree. I like the light itself, but not on this fan.

That 4 Saisons model with the housing and cane blades was called Victorian and I believe they called the 107 cm ones Mini-Victorian too. Canarm later took it for their GE vent model name in the 1990's. I have a 4 Saisons one coming soon. I already made the video.
The price on that awesome 4 Saisons is already very nice.
Yes I know Heritage fans are cheap but beside the flat brackets, this GE vent model looks cool and I didn't wanted to add another province for just one link.
Most of Nadair Heritage Plus came with that light fitter along with some Canarm like the High-Lite.
Jordan, that is the same Sanyo as I have that you saw.
At lot of people call shades, ''globes''. A globe is completely closed. Max just wrote that.

Last one in the quebec list is a kendal Ah that makes more sense. I know Kendal have used those pull chains too.
