There is a recycling/reuse store near where I live, similar to a Habitat store, that usually has a few old ceiling fans around. Most of the time they are brand-X spinners, but yesterday I noticed a Fasco "Parlourfan" with a K55-style (non-spinner) motor, in a big white housing with some kind of brass bellyband-type thing. The flywheel looks like rubber or plastic and has mounting holes for either 4 or 5 blades, and the motor itself is marked "Airmark AM400" and dated 2/94.
Is this actually a K55 motor? I'm not sure if I can use it for myself, but I might go back and pick it up if it's interesting to anyone else.

These are good quality fans. Definitely worth picking up. Little collectible value however.
